MERKAVA IIB STATS AND WEAKSPOTS

Hello guys
I got something interesting about Merkava IIB. Merkava IIB already exist in PTS but not ready to buy, so we cant check the stats. But someone already have it and share it. Here is it :

So what do you think about it ? Merkava IIB only available for super-tester ( for now ) for find the best balance for this tank. So, maybe the pic above isn't final yet and will be different in PTS and live server.
