A SPECIAL DECAL ONLY FOR RU SERVER ?
Hi guys
I play AW in PTS for testing new feature and find something interesting. Some player have Unique decal on their tank, I never see it before in NA and EU server. I cannot find it on shop, that decal maybe only for RU server or Mail.ru give it to tournament winner. So, what do you think ?
